We invest in upstream and midstream oil & gas assets globally and targeted decarbonization assets with attractive economics. Our Approach
We invest in oil & gas assets ranging from existing, established production to new exploration opportunities. Our global presence and extensive relationships allow us to access opportunities that are proprietary, and where we can leverage our expertise. We will also target direct investments in decarbonization assets when economics are attractive, including carbon capture & storage (CCS) and blue hydrogen production to further diversify investment risk.

Dover Production
Our platform for oil & gas production acquisition and operations in the United States. Building from ownership of existing production and acquiring established production with operational and drilling upside in targeted basins allows risk diversification and substantial cash flow generation.
Dover Investments
Our platform for non-US upstream and midstream oil & gas asset investments. Management's extensive experience in exploration & production, midstream, and all other segments of the oil & gas value chain provides a unique opportunity to invest in oil & gas globally.
We desire assets in geographies with attractive commodity prices, where supply has been constrained, where our technical expertise can enhance either existing production or exploration assessments, or when the underlying resource is of appreciable size to potentially be a "game changer".
Dover Minerals
Our platform for mineral & royalty investments in the United States. Management's extensive experience in all aspects of land acquisition, leasing, drilling, operations, and asset development provides the expertise for Dover to continue and extend their successful mineral and royalty acquisition strategy begun in 2019.
Dover Carbon
Our platform for investing in decarbonization assets. Carbon capture and storage (CCS) and other emerging sectors related to reducing carbon intensity and decarbonizing industrial processes can provide upside potential to our oil & gas investments.
Our unique strategy is to build, own, and operate full value chain CCS projects tailored to emitters in hard-to-abate industries to eliminate CO2 emissions affordably. Additional opportunities in biogas and biofuels leverage our experience and diversify investment risk.
Dover Hydrogen
Our hydrogen investment platform will pursue an opportunistic strategy of investing in assets that are potentially complimentary to CCS investments and/or leverage management's substantial experience in oil and gas.
Production of blue hydrogen from natural gas utilizing CCS and application of appropriate technology to produce low-carbon hydrogen is a more economic approach to hydrogen generation than expensive "green" hydrogen. Our expertise creates additional investment opportunities, diversification of risk, and substantial upside for Dover.
